Ethereal Beauty only offer treatments to females over the age of 18.

Cancellations, Late Arrivals and No-Shows

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel with less notice or fail to attend then you will be liable for 50% of the cost of your treatment. If you arrive late then we will do our best to allocate the extra time but it may result in your treatment being cut short.

Children

Ethereal Beauty is a place to relax, switch off and unwind so we are unable to accommodate babies or children during treatments.

Patch Tests

HD Brows®, LVL® and tinting all require a patch test at least 48 hours before your first treatment. To book an appointment use our online booking system or be in touch so we can post one out to you free of charge.

Gel Manicures and Pedicures

Prior to all our gel services it is essential to book in for a ‘Gel Removal on Hands’ or ‘Gel Removal on Feet’, if required. Failure to do so may result in the rescheduling of your appointment.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are redeemable against products or treatments. They are valid for 12 months and are non-refundable.
