Ethereal Beauty only offers treatments to females over the age of 18.

CANCELLATIONS, LATE ARRIVALS AND NO-SHOWS

We appreciate as much notice as possible when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment.

• More than 48 hours’ notice: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without any charge.
• Between 24-48 hours’ notice: You will be charged 50% of the treatment cost if you cancel, reschedule or downgrade your treatment.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: You will be charged 100% of the treatment cost If you cancel, reschedule or downgrade your treatment.
• Late arrivals: If you arrive late, we will try our best to fit you in, but your treatment may need to be shortened or adjusted accordingly.

Our policy is applied consistently to all clients, ensuring fairness in how cancellation fees are charged. These fees are necessary to cover the costs of missed appointments and to ensure the ongoing operation of Ethereal Beauty. We use card capture through our online booking system and any applicable fees will be automatically deducted.

When you book your appointment you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

MANAGING YOUR APPOINTMENTS

You are welcome to amend or reschedule your appointment through our online booking system. However, repeated last-minute cancellations or excessive rescheduling may be flagged as misuse. In such cases, the system will automatically restrict you from making any future bookings.

CHILDREN & PETS

Ethereal Beauty is a place to relax, switch off and unwind, so we are unable to accommodate babies, children or pets during treatments.

PREGNANCY

Many of our treatments are suitable during pregnancy. Please get in touch with us so we can advise you on which are suitable.

PATCH TESTS

HD Brows®, LVL® and tinting all require a patch test at least 48 hours before your first treatment. To book an appointment, use our online booking system.

GEL MANICURES AND PEDICURES

Before any of our gel services, it is essential to book ‘Gel Removal on Hands’ or ‘Gel Removal on Feet’ if removal if required. Failure to do so may result in the rescheduling your appointment.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are redeemable against treatments and are valid for 12 months. Please note that they are non-refundable.
